TEAM MANAGER RESOURCES

The major aspects of the Team Manager Coordinator Role are kind of broken up by time of season.

Start of Season

  • Notify Team Manager of Team Details
  • Request Team Parents to Volunteer for being Team Manager (following up as required)
  • Update Solway and Jamware details with (new) Team Manager details
  • Compile Email List of Team Managers
  • Send Welcome Email to all Team Managers with Dates, Resources

During Season

  • Answer daily queries from Team Managers
  • Pass on requests from Team Managers for Fill-ins to applicable AGC
  • Pass on Waverley and Club Information to Team Managers
  • Reiterate Request for Trophy Nominations to Team Managers
  • Request Team Managers (U8 – U14) for Team Photo to add into Presentation Pack

End of Season

  • Compile List of Players to derive Milestone Trophy List
  • Prepare Presentation Night Slide Desks
  • @Deprecated: Compile List of Negative Playing next season and pass on for invoicing
  • Compile List of advised Playing Preferences (team composition) and send for central distribution

Adhoc Aspects

  • Load notices into Team App as / where appropriate
  • Issue First Aid Kits to Team Managers who request (and collect)
  • Prepare backlog of First Aid Kits for Team Managers
