SOLWAY UNIFORMS

All players at Solway Basketball Club are required to have the reversible Top playing shirt which is red on one side and reversible (yellow, the ‘clash’ vest) on the other and a pair of red Solway shorts.

All uniforms are to be purchased online via this link from our supplier, Basketball Outlet: https://basketballoutlet.com.au/product/solway-basketball-uniform/

There are sizing charts available to assist you in selecting the correct size.  The easiest way to work out the best singlet size, is to lay flat a current correct fitting top and measure armpit to armpit, and compare this measure to the sizing chart.  You can also arrange to try on a sample uniform by contacting [email protected].

Please note supplier purchase and/or refund terms and conditions:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange

No returns or refunds on Custom made uniforms.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

(If you have any concerns about purchasing the uniform, please contact club admin on [email protected] and we will assist you before you place your order)

Orders must be placed online a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the start of the new season to ensure on time arrival.  In most instances that means that you must organise your uniform as soon as you register but before teams are announced.

All Singlet Numbers will be allocated by the Club and cannot be requested. Number clashes on Tops are unlikely, but do sometimes occur.  When placing your order, you will be asked for the player’s name and which age division the player is playing in.  The Club Administrator will check the current details of the player and if they are a current player and no other player is wearing that number, the number will be automatically reallocated to that player.

In order to reduce potential singlet clashes, if more than one player in the same age group bracket currently uses a singlet number, the number will not be reissued to a player in that age group bracket.  This new policy should eliminate the majority of number clashes, but it will take a couple of seasons until the full effect of the new policy will be realised.

We understand that singlet numbers can be precious to some players, so if your player needs to retain their current number, please advise the club by email to [email protected] at the time of purchase.

The Club has retained some ‘loaner’ uniforms to assist in working around number clashes while new uniforms arrive.

For the upcoming Summer 2023- 2024 Season, uniforms are available to try on at the Presentation Day or upon request, please contact the Club to confirm a suitable time for trying the uniform on

SECONDHAND UNIFORMS

Due to excess stock, the Club is currently only accepting donations of second-hand Uniforms.  The Club will arrange a table for uniform swaps and/or purchase at the Presentation Day at the end of each season (usually May and September).

Second hand uniforms are available for purchase for $20 per Singlet and $20 per shorts and up to $30 per set, depending on condition.
